What is included: 

• Beautifully restored barns
• House (4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, basement/Groom room)
• Wedding weekend (Friday 10 am- 9pm, Saturday 8 am-midnight, Sunday 8am-noon) 
• Tables (60” round), 8ft (6) and 6ft (2) rectangular tables for dessert, gift, food, etc.
• Chairs (wooden x-back)
• Seating for up to 300 guests (400 May-November)
• White or black floor length table linens
• On-site food warming kitchen
• On-site refrigeration
• Custom wood bar
• 2 licensed bartenders (8 hours of alcohol service included) *you get to supply your own alcohol*
• Ice for your event on Saturday
• Parking attendants/security guards
• On-site facility manager (will maintain trash, bathroom upkeep, restroom paper, clean up spills throughout the entire reception)
• Fire pit w/wood (maintained throughout reception)
